Adams Price has more than 30 total years of experience in strategic planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions (M&A); transaction development and execution; profit and loss (P&L) management; consulting services delivery in strategic services; ERP selection and implementation; e-commerce strategy, selection, and implementation; and management consulting. In addition, he has 15 years of direct experience in M&A transactions and capital formation transactions.

Adams joins EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC most recently from The Forbes M+A Group, where he was a managing director. While at Forbes, Adams successfully led buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory projects for clients across industries, including software, business services, digital marketing, light manufacturing, distribution, clean tech, and construction. Adams was also a member of the executive team at Forbes, helping formulate and execute strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Forbes in 2002, Adams co-founded and was managing partner of the Vérto Group, a boutique national and international investment bank executing buy-side, sell-side, and capital formation transactions in the technology space in the U.S., EU, Israel, and portions of the Pacific Rim.

In 2000, Adams became senior vice president of operations for ecom- merce software and services at Izodia, working at the company’s global headquarters in London. There, he led service delivery, pre- and post-sales integration, customer acquisition and development, global pursuit tracking, and revenue forecasting. He managed Izodia’s largest customer relationship and led P&L, business development, operations management, and recruiting efforts.

Prior to Izodia, Adams was managing partner of the Colorado branch of Whittman-Hart, a management and technology consulting firm, which grew from 75 consultants and $9 million in revenue to 150 and $20 million in two years. He led a broad range of practices in IT consulting, ecommerce, J.D. Edwards’s customer relationship management, and network infrastructure. His customers included StorageTek, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Qwest Communications.

Outside of work, Adams enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, his daughter, Corinne, and Talulah (the family dog). He also enjoys fly fishing, golfing, volunteering at Denver Mile High Rotary, and spending far too much time in the kitchen.
